22nd Annual Golf tournament
The 22nd Annual Tomorrow Fund Golf tournament held on Monday, August 18th at Warwick Country Club was a great success. 124 golfers helped raised much needed funds which will make it possible for The Tomorrow Fund to continue to provide financial assistance to children with cancer and their families.

The 7th Annual “A Ride for Tomorrow” Bike Run raised over $18,000 at this year’s motorcycle run. Congratulations and thank you to everyone who supported the run! Presenting the check to Barbara is Jean Burda and her daughter Kayla. The Pawtucket Red Sox hosted their 5th Annual “STRIKE OUT CANCER" Bowling event on May 20, 2014.
This year’s event raised $4,000!! We are so thankful and grateful of our partnership with the Pawtucket Red Sox and everyone who came out to support the Bowl-A –Thon. Jeff Bradley, PawSox Director of Communications to Kathy Connolly, Development Director and Lisa Abbenante, President of the Tomorrow Fund Board of Directors. Also in the photo is Audrey Gallagher and Haley Young, interns for the Pawtucket Red Sox. The Aprin Charitable Fund Inc. recently presented a check of $3,500 to The Tomorrow Fund. The money was raised from the inaugural Arpin Strong Golf Outing.
Presenting the check to Barbara Ducharme, Executive Director of The Tomorrow Fund is Brian Asay, Christina Sarza, Michael Killoran, Kathleen Frazier and Mark Dearborn. Garden City Elementary School recently held their 2nd annual Walk benefiting The Tomorrow Fund. Close to $2,700 was raised! Great job everyone!!

The PC mareketing students sponsored an Easter Egg Hunt and convinced the PC Women’s Field Hockey Team to hold a special Tomorrow Fund fundraiser…. Together they raised over $1,700. Way to Go!
The recent Roger Williams University Hats OFF Cake OFF took place on Saturday, April 5, 2014. The event is sponsored by Inter- Class Council (ICC) student group from Roger Williams University and is a big decorating competition called Cake off. They raised $1,000 for The Tomorrow Fund.
Tomorrow Fund family, the Campo’s participated in the event, decorating a cake that won most valuable cake prize. In the check presentation photo – the Campo family, Kathy Connolly, Katit Kline, Chair of the Cake Off event and Sean Thompson, Ass Director of student Programs & Leadership at RWU. North Smithfield senior Amanda Simoes sponsored a “Kids Helping Kids So We Can All Have a Better Tomorrow” talent show event as part of her senior community project. Amanda raised over $1,200!
Conway Christmas Lights Extravaganza!
The 2nd Annual Conway 32,000 Christmas Lights Extravaganza! Joey Conway presented a check for $983 to Kathy Connolly from his Annual 32,000 Christmas Light display fundraiser. This is the second year Joey has chosen the Tomorrow Fund as the recipient from donations collected during the holidays. We thank you Joey for your continued support of The Tomorrow Fund! The 3rd Annual Park View Middle School basketball tournament raised $3,000 for the Tomorrow Fund. Each year the event has increased the total amount raised! The 12th Annual Tomorrow Fund Stroll, held on Sunday, April 27th, was a great success!! Close to 2,000 people filled the gazebo area at Garden City Center in Cranston to raise money for The Tomorrow Fund. Through walker pledges, corporate sponsors, a fantastic raffle, and other donations, we raised over$85,000 for our programs to help children with cancer and their families.

Come stroll with us at the 12th Annual Tomorrow Fund Stroll being held Sunday, April 27th at Garden City Center in Cranston. Enjoy the family entertainment including face painters, tattoo artists, clowns and live music. The Tomorrow Fund Stroll t-shirts will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Quantities are limited.
Registration begins at 8:45 am and the Stroll begins promptly at 10:00 am. You can walk as few or as many laps around the shopping center as you wish. Walk as an individual or form a team. A minimum of $20 per walker, TTF Family or team member is required.

Every year WHJY has the opportunity to partner with a local organization/charity for the Trans-Siberian Orchestra show at the Dunkin Donuts Center. The Tomorrow Fund was the recipient of this year’s concert. We received $1.00 from each ticket sold - $8,012!! Thank you WHJY, Dunkin Donuts Center and Trans-Siberian Orchestra!
Bryant University Men’s and Women’s Soccer teams
The Lady Bulldogs again raised funds for The Tomorrow Fund. Joining them was The Men’s Bulldog Soccer team. A Big thank you to both teams for their support. 2013 Fantasy Ball On November 9, 2013, The Tomorrow Fund celebrated “Bali Hai” with friends, families and supporters. All came together for a night of dinner, dancing, celebration, and fundraising at the 26th Annual Tomorrow Fund Fantasy Ball. The Fantasy Ball is the largest and most crucial fund raising event of the year. Hosted by co-chairs Richard & Sabrina Campanella, Dr. William Cioffi & Dr. Theresa Graves, Honorary Chairs Robert & Janet Capone, the event raised more than $300,000 due to the generosity of corporate and individual partners donating sponsorships and auction merchandise. In 2003, while in the midst of his own cancer battle, local philanthropist, Dino Germani created this scholarship program to help current and former Tomorrow Fund patients defray the cost of college education. To date 93 scholarships have been awarded. The 2013 recipients are: Pictured in photo are Alianna Bercier, Sarid Mirabel, Clay Sinatra, Catherine Muth, Aaron Joseph, Alexander Schwartz and Kevin Donohue. Gabrielle LeBlanc, Micah Moskoff and Sarah Pierce were also scholarship recipients but were unable to attend the ceremony.
